Heidi Schmidt is fine artist, designer and illustrator based in the San Francisco East Bay, where she grew up in the town of Alamo. With a creative career spanning work for major clients such as Scholastic, FedEx, Citibank, and the Girl Scouts of America, her design approach blends strong visual storytelling with a refined sense of purpose and clarity.
She earned her BFA in Design from California College of the Arts. Heidi’s artwork has been recognized and exhibited locally, including Walnut Creek Turns 100: Celebrating the City Through Art at Bedford Gallery, where she received the Lesher Foundation Award, and Local Voice: Defining Community Through Art, also at Bedford Gallery, where she was honored with Best of Show.
